We are looking for growth-oriented Management Trainees to join our franchise locations across the U.S.
Candidates will gain hands-on experience in many aspects of a small to mid-size business, including designing, permit drawings, material takeoffs, project management, selling and building custom projects, and providing excellent customer service. These positions are typically full-time seasonal roles with potential to extend to year-round work.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE:
- Working towards or graduate of a Construction Management, Architectural Technology, Business or Commerce related program
- AutoCad/ SketchUp experience
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
SALARY & BENEFITS
Compensation is competitive and based on education, experience, and qualifications.
Wage varies from minimum wage to $30/hour and may include other compensation such as bonuses, company vehicles, and benefits.
